After a very successful Bible and Backpack giveaway in 2024 (250 backpacks and even more Bibles), of course we decided to increase that for 2025. We have set a goal of 400 backpacks. It is our intent to have another giveaway in Mangilao, and probably Talofofo as well. It is possible that we will expand to another village, but that has not been decided yet.

So far, it looks like we will have funding for at least most of what we will need for this project for this year, but we have a long way to go in purchasing the items needed. Plus, we do not have room to store those things in our home. So, we really will not know how much we need until probably about June. If we then have need for more, we will reach out to our supporters for help.

Please pray that the children who receive the backpacks filled with the items they need for school, and of course a Bible they need for their souls, will have a great school year and take their Bibles and study it to find God’s will revealed within.
